Come along and move to the music while making some new friends and getting fitter for 2026. Low-intensity dance moves will help improve cardiovascular fitness while being gentle on the joints.
Low impact and easy to follow session. No booking required, all welcome.
Our Family Fun session is part of the Early Years Summer Programme. Children aged 0 - 4 years and their families can enjoy breakfast and lunch, books, toys, and outdoor water play with paddling pools (weather permitting). No advance booking required.
