St. Martin’s Centre is a community centre, children’s centre, nursery and church all on the same site. Whether you are a family with children, a young person, an older person or you simply wish to meet others from the local area we may have the groups and services here for you.

St. Martin’s Centre maintains a friendly, open and professional approach in all its dealings. We engage cooperatively with many other organisations and are always looking for new avenues to explore and services to develop. We do our best to reflect our local community and to respond to its needs with creativity and enthusiasm. We welcome over 1600 people every month and our flexible room spaces are regularly hired out by a range of different organisations, both large and small, as well as our own programme of activities.

No day is ever the same at St. Martin’s Centre and we have a wide range of activities happening, from play sessions for under-fives, social groups and The Avenue Coffee Shop.
