This group has been running for over 50 years! It is a supportive group open to anybody over 55 years old, where you can enjoy cakes, biscuits and tea/coffee whilst playing bingo and a raffle.
Come along and move to the music while making some new friends and getting fitter for 2026. Low-intensity dance moves will help improve cardiovascular fitness while being gentle on the joints.
