Memory Teas: 1.00pm – 3.00pm

From Monday 11th September Memory Teas will be held every second and fourth Monday of the month. Dementia friendly, carers, friends and family welcome. Come along and join in our fun activities or just enjoy a cuppa, cake and a chat! Activities will vary week to week and will include music, crafts, memory boxes, local history, games and much more! Come and try painting with watercolour, where we explore fun exercises, doodles and paintings, within a calm and relaxed setting. All course information and materials will be provided by the tutor.

A free 4-week course learning basic IT skills, bring along your own devices and we will be providing tea, coffee and biscuits.

Crafts with Jackie: 10.30am – 12.00pm
(Alternative weeks between Crafts & Social for over 55s)
Everything provided including refreshments. Jackie will be covering the following – pop up boxes, handbags, gift bags, felt and fabric decorations plus lots more. Max 12 places per session, please book with Reception.

A drop in offering a range of employment and training support.
Gentle Circuits: Starts 8th March, 11.00am – 12.00pm – £2 per session
Gentle circuits for those who prefer lower impact and gentle exercise.
