Volunteer Project Evaluation Report

We received funding from the Big Lottery Fund – Supporting Change & Impact in 2012/13 to independently evaluate our ‘Community Connections Project’.  This was carried out by Ernest Dobson, an external Management Consultant who remarked in the final report that the, “volunteers report that their expectations have been met or exceeded. Building confidence and raising aspirations is a common benefit. For many this has led into employment and education/further training.” We were proud of such a positive report and the outcomes from it and so plan to continually build upon the success of it!

It has made me a lot more confident in myself and has shown me that I can be whoever I want to be and that I can achieve whatever I set out to do” (St. Martin’s Centre Volunteer, 2012).
